If you are not satisfied with improved quality of life and better hearing, the Staff at New Perceptions in Hearing, wants to improve your results. If there is any reason why continuing in the “Hearing for Life Program” is not benefiting you, we want to correct the situation.
Part of what you should be receiving is great follow up care, adjustments, and assistance to help you hear better and improve your enjoyment of life. If that is not your experience, we want to know about it. Here are the steps you can take, and what to do if you are still not satisfied with the results:
1) Remember that better hearing is not a one time event. It often takes several adjustments and working with your hearing professional to achieve maximum results.
2) If you feel like you have tried your best, but want a second opinion to see if anything else can be done, contact New Perceptions in Hearing Customer Support to learn what your options are.
3) If all else fails, or circumstances require you to withdraw from the program, you may do so at any time by returning your hearing instruments to New Perceptions in Hearing. Contact Customer Support for the shipping address, and for your Return Authorization Number to put on the package.
4) If you return you hearing aids within 30 days of delivery (ask for a postmark or shipping receipt), New Perceptions In Hearing will return your activation fee less $250 for testing, fitting, and lab fees.
5) After 30 days have passed from receiving your hearing aid(s), you may return your hearing instruments at any time with no plan termination penalty. No refunds will be given to you, and you will not be obligated to continue as part of the program. Your activation fee and any monthly fees you have made up to that point will be retained for services rendered. After New Perceptions in Hearing receives your hearing aid(s) back, you will have no obligation to continue payments for the balance of the 48 month program. If you terminate your participation before making 48 monthly payments, you will not receive the next set of hearing aids that you would have received upon your next renewal.
6) New Perceptions in Hearing will notify you near the end of your 48 month term and remind you that you will be eligible for a second set of hearing aids upon renewal of the program.
Remember, it is our desire to see you hear the best you can, and enjoy life as much as you can. Please return to the dispenser that you ordered the hearing aids from and ask for their help. They are partners with us and with you to assist you in benefiting from your new instruments.
If you need to return your hearing aids and terminate your participation in the program for any reason, please contact customer support. Make sure:
1. You have the correct shipping address for returning your hearing information or proof of delivery
2. Ship with a shipping service that will give you a tracking number.
